B.I.C Anti Dross Powder and Tin Oil for reducing Solder Dross formation

Our Pioneered technology enables you to save on your Soldering cost by upto 50% by using our formulated Anti-Dross Powder.

1. Sprinkle 1 to 2 gm of Powder on your melted Solder in Soldering Dip Machine (Pot).

Note that Solder should be in liquid state and it works best when it is thermostat or Digital solder pot as temp. will be well maintained in them.

Before sprinkling make sure that dross on the melted solder is removed (if any). The powder will form a layer over the melted solder and protect the solder from Oxidation.

If properly used ,it can recover 80% of the metal.

It is a thermally stable hydro-carbon compound with dross inhibitive properties, it is used in still portion of solder pots and in automatic wave soldering machine. It acts as a pot blanketing system to inhibit dross, provide longer pot life,reduce surface tension between Solder and PCB as well as to minimize fuming.

1. Pour a little amount of Oil over the melted solder. It will form a thin layer over the melted solder.
2. Maintain thin layer throughout the process. Don't use thick layer of the oil.
